Warranty & Repairs
We are committed to providing quality products, but stuff happens from time to time. All of our pedals carry a 2-year non-transferable warranty on parts and manufacture excluding tubes, which are warranted for 30 days. The warranty is calculated from the original date of purchase. All warranty returns must come back to us for assessment, repair or replacement. Once the repairs are complete, we’ll ship the pedal back to you anywhere in Australia – international customers will be responsible for overseas shipping charges.
If something goes wrong with your pedal, it is a good idea to get in touch with us before returning it as some issues can be dealt with over the phone. This can prevent unnecessary shipping charges and delays, and gets you back to plying sooner!
If something happens to your pedal and it’s outside of the warranty period, or not covered for some other reason, we can repair it for you. We will charge out repairs at a very reasonable rate and will complete them in a timely manner, however it is a good idea to contact us before sending the pedal to us so we can discuss the best way forward.
I want to use my own power supply with my Electron Brothers tube pedal, can I do it?
Yes, you can. Just be sure it can supply the correct voltage and current at the correct polarity (centre negative). If you’re using a multi-output power supply, be sure it is a good quality unit with isolated outputs. Using a daisy chain is not recommended.
Do you do custom mods for any of your pedals?
We don’t have a custom shop program at this stage, but if you want something on your pedal modded, get in touch with us and we can discuss what’s possible and go from there.
